October BJP

I finished up my October page - I just love the blue stones in the middle - can't remember what they are blue sunstone or something like that. They have some wonderful sparkle in them. I just wanted to show them off.

This is stunning, Heidi. It really sets off the stone beautifully. Nice work.

Very, very pretty! Love the contrast. It does show off the dark beads. Wish I had the nerve to do something so dramatic...

Your dolls are lovely. I like the button for the face.

And show them off you did! What a great way to display special stones. The contours of the white and silver beads really enhance the graceful shapes! HOORAY!

One of the things I love about this piece is the way the colorful background fabric peeks through a tiny bit between your stacks and lines of white beads. It gives just a touch of warmth, an inner glow to your piece. It's lovely, Heidi!

Whoa -- this is gorgeous, Heidi! I believe the stone is sunsitara and your use of it is awesome . . .

This is a lovely combination with the striking blue amidst the white. I also really like your Sept piece...nothing like a "big" birthday to make us reflect.

I can see the sparkles! They reflect so nicely off the white and silver. This is a very calming piece.

Those blue beads with their sparkle ARE super. What a pretty page. The row of silver sets them off nicely. I like how you sewed some of the white beads with the little beads on top of them. That added that little extra texture.

Lovely, Heidi, with an uninterrupted, elegant flow to it, and the center looks very distinguished and precious.

Very pretty piece. Don't know how I missed your post, but glad I saw it today. The dark blue beads really contrast nicely with the white. Your dolls are cute too.

Heidi, both of your pages are beautiful. I love the page being round rather than square or rectangular. I love the dolls too, great work!
